The most common and cheapest avenues until now have been the IWANNA, Mountain Express, or Yahoo groups. However, these methods either force you to resubmit your advertisement every week -or- are not free -or- are not easy to use -or- are not open to the general public and other REIA groups.

REITIMES.COM is a database-driven website that will allow you to easily

• Post any property you have for sale or rent
• Post any building materials you have for sale
• Post any appliances you may want to sell
• Post any financing you have available to others
• Talk to other investors
• Read articles and news about real estate

Also, if you are looking for a specific property, building material, appliance or financing, you will be able to post them online for all the world to see. Best of all, all this is yours for free.

All the above services are ABSOLUTELY FREE to all users of the website. We intend to keep the site going by requesting sponsorship and advertising from companies involved in any aspect of real estate.

To do this, we need your help. The more users registered on and using the site, the easier it is to get sponsors. You can give us a hand by registering. You can give as little information as you like and it will never be sold to third parties.

In return, registered users will be entered into a $100 drawing held from time to time!
